The hotel was located adjacent to the restaurant and the common areas and a shopping center with Trader Joe's & Starbucks. The rooms were comfortable quiet and silent, they come with ice machine as well as very comfortable beds.

It needed ice machines.

I really enjoyed the room for the value, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and free with mango cream cheese pancakes, and the pool was nice.

Facilities were modern, though Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The hotel was luxury and clean, with very welcoming staff with a very pleasant desk clerk. My room was spacious and huge for the value, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

Loved the room with a view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The setting was marvellous, close to Danbury and the famous Danbury Fair mall. The hotel was right oof the highway, as I expected.

Well, Wi-Fi connection was slow.

I recently stayed at a full-service hotel in a great location, near good restaurants and close to everything in the city. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the front desk going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a mini-lounge on the 10th floor, complete with snacks and drinks for guests to enjoy.

There was a minor issue with one of the elevators being out of service during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

Exceptional meals, overall everything was great.

We booked extremely spacious king room with a view and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location in late August or early September in that area was comfortable and marvellous for us.

The location was good - right by Danbury, CT and Starbucks and a shopping plaza with a Starbucks, Trader Joe's, liquor store.

Incredibly beautiful hotel in an unbeatable position in late August or early September in that area. Reasonably spacious and huge rooms with bathroom and snacks and very large comfy bed, nice pool area. Efficient check-in, easy check-out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was highly impressed. The location was perfect, it was close to everything I needed including shops to buy snacks which was very convenient. The hotel was relatively quiet, allowing me to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were always smiling and checking on me, providing excellent service. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area where I could unwind after a long day. this place catered to all my needs and I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Heat in the room was so incredibly dry!

I could have had a problem with the charge for the phone (I was unaware of the cost) but one of the managers took care of it for us. He was very courteous and hospitable. The only negative thing I felt was concerning the laundry room. The hotel is being remodeled so I'm sure it will be taken care of in due time. Donna Kelly

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the delicious complimentary breakfast.

Felt very homey, nothing too much trouble.

The staff was very helpful and polite

The building is old, and falling apart. The bathtub was peeling. Lights fell out of the ceiling in the conferece room. However, they are in the process of remodeling, so I think all of those things will improve.

All hotel staff were very kind.

It was not easy to reach. There are no good restaurants around there. Food in the hotel was not satisfactory.
